Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 72 business hours. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 72 business hours to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised ETA.
Your order will be shipped via Australia Post or Australian Air Express. Once your order has been processed, it is expected to be delivered within 2 working days to the following areas NSW

All Other Areas Your delivery will arrive 2-3 working days after despatch.
If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention adultshop.com in order to pick-up your package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a card advising you that delivery was attempted.
