How much does it cost for delivery? In Australia, delivery is fixed at $10 per order, regardless of size or number of products purchased. Any order over $150 it is free delivery Australia wide.

How will you deliver my order?
Your order will be shipped in plain packaging via Australia Post Express. For more information, see our delivery page.
What if I'm not home to accept delivery?
If there is no-one to accept delivery, your package will be taken to the nearest Australia Post Office. A card will be left allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes? Yes, we do deliver to Australian Post Office Boxes.

Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy.We are unable to accept products or DVDs which do not meet your expectations; we will only replace items which are found to be faulty.
If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.
To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
