Will I be contacted?

If your order, for whatever reason, cannot be shipped within 48 hours, you will receive a second email providing you with further options. You will also recieve an SMS (if your order contains a mobile number) notifying you that there is a problem and for you to check your email or to call us.
If your order does not contain enough information (eg address details) for us to complete it, you will contacted via email/SMS to obtain the information required.
We may contact you and pass on your details to third-parties if we believe you have violated the terms and conditions associated with using our website, or we believe you to be involved in activities harmful to Black Label or other users of our website.
On the event of a cardholder dispute and a chargeback is being pending by the issuing bank all order details WILL be sent to the investigating bank to settle the matter. If the card is deemed to be used fraudlently all details will be passed onto the correct authorities.
