You will receive an email confirming placement of your order. Your order will be sent to you via Australia Post
If your order, for whatever reason, cannot be shipped within 48 hours, you will receive a second email providing you with further options. You will also recieve an SMS (if your order contains a mobile number) notifying you that there is a problem and for you to check your email or to call us.
If your order does not contain enough information (eg address details) for us to complete it, you will contacted via email/SMS to obtain the information required.
